DONJAZZY: Producer MARVELS with MAVIN everthing

Its no longer news that top Nigerian music producer Don Jazzy recently announced the launch of his new solely-owned record Label, Mavin, but the most interesting scoop about this is the fact that he consolidated it with the web-launch of a Social Networking site MAVIN LEAGUE where fans can log into and chat, set agendas, bring up ideas, listen to tracks from the house of MAVIN RECORDS and even stand a chance to connect with their favorite Mavin Artistes.

The producer whose birthname is Michael Collins Ajereh, fondly called "Don Baba J" by his        peepz, whom alongside his former MO-HITS ally, D'banj co-owned the (by-far) most controversial record label in 2012's first quarter remained unruffled by their media-hyped beef. Don Baba in his tweet "Mavin Activated!!" officially announcing the birth of MAVIN; a Label which most critics are envisaging as Nija's next best thing in music.

The top boss however has not been able to conceal his joy (that's if ever he intends to) as his tweets and other activities have been revolving around one thing and one thing only -MAVIN-

The label parades stalwart oldboys like Wande Coal, Dr Sid, D'prince and a hot newcomer in the person of the sensational Tiwa Savage (I'm guessing thats to break the male monopoly amongst the Mave-Men (like i love to call the squad)...I mean c'mon, it was high time we got a lady for crying out loud!!!

**undertone**---> @Dr SID, I dey hear some kyn gist about the kurukere wey u dey try stunt wit firstlady, make u TAKE TIME OO . ...lol

To slam critics who have been accusing Mr. D'banj of disloyalty, the crooner responds by tweeting a shout out to Don Jazzy via the former's twitter Handle @iamdbanj "Congrats to my brother and the best producer in Africa Don jazzy on the launch of his new Record Label, MAVIN RECORDS. Wish u all the best."

D'banj and Don Jazzy in their Mo-hits days

{that sounds awkward even to me the Blogger}
During the entire D'banj and Don Jazzy face-off  period, one thing that never ceased to amaze me was how the press (which I inadvertently belong to) was quick to catch "exclusives" of harsh war-of-the-words between the two buds, and no one seemed to be paying any attention to the fact that pleasantries were still being exchanged and that it was not entirely a no-love-lost agenda.
Don Jazzy however promised other cats in some tweets concerning his intentions to release hot beats for other artistes to hop-on and do what they know how to do best.
