Charlie Sheen's Back!?

charlie sheen donation
One man that really got a backlash from the media for his strings of "misdemeanors" a few months ago, almost as much as Micheal Jackson did before he died (please dont quote me on that, lol), is Carlos Irwin Estevez, better  know as Charlie Sheen.
The press almost had the head of this New York born actor when his awkward involvement in drugs, women and anger problems became major headlines. Even his lead role in the TV series "Two and a Half Men" had to be taken away and handed to a younger actor Ashton Kutcher.
Getting back on track for the 47year old multimillion dollar actor was quite tough but I guess anger management is finally paying off as he's been making quite a few "cool" headlines lately, compared to the uncool ones dedicated to him by ravenous reporters.
Staring in the new Scary Movie 5 alongside yet another abuser, Lindsay Lohan, and also his recent and past chains of good deeds, it wont be too long before he fully fills the blanks he left in the hearts of fans when his scandals started and when he left their favorite sitcom.
Below is what www.perezhilton.com reported concerning his recent donation to "heroes".
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
wow! He really IS a changed man!
Charlie Sheen is donating $1 MILLION DOLLARS to the men and women in service.
That's the largest donation to the USO… in the history of everythingever!
And this is just be beginning! The former addict says he plans to give the USO 1% of his total earnings from Anger Management, starting with (but not capped off at) a 1 million.
The man pretending to be Sheen said in a statement:
"They put their lives on the line for us every day, and I’m just happy that my work on Anger Management can bring a little bit of relief to the troops and their families."
So unexpected, and so impressive!
General John I. Pray Jr thanked the actor on behalf of the troops, saying:
"The USO would like to thank Charlie Sheen for his very generous $1 million donation to our Operation Enduring Care Campaign and his interest in helping us lift the spirits of those who have endured so much to protect the freedoms we enjoy daily. His support is greatly appreciated, especially from our wounded warriors and their families.”
Here, here!
We're not sure what happened to our hooker-loving warlock, but we're VERY impressed with the new and improved Sheenster!
